Main functions and characteristics

2.Duplex basic material unwinding adopt automatic gas sensitive correction device,can substrate orientation and automatic correction control the basic material,unwinding,changing rollers use high speed without reduce speed automatically changing roller and cutting,unwinding tension force use vector inverter PLC control to ensure the basic material smooth substrate, and high-speed run effect;
3.Extrusion, forming speed is controlled by PLC, forming roller, silicone roller, auxiliary cooling rolls are made of recycled water cooling structure guarantee excellent results of composite lamination, forming roller clutch are used pneumatic control;
