In the coating process, in order to obtain a smooth coated surface, the pressure at each point of contact between the scraper and the back roll should be constant and uniform, and have uniform elastic deformation, which requires the hardness of the back roll rubber layer to be appropriate, and the hardness of each place Poor <HS2°. Since the width of the blade in the coating is always greater than the width of the paper, the rubber surface of the back roller that is not separated by thick paper must be equipped with a highly efficient water atomizing device to protect it from being scratched by the blade.
