    Overview of Hollow Blow Molding Products: Hollow Blow Molding In the industrial production and daily life, we will encounter many hollow plastic products, such as large containers for storing acid and alkali, various plastic bottles, hot water bottle shells, children toys, kettles, etc. . Most of them are produced by hollow blow molding.
    In the hollow blow molding process, the semi-molten tube obtained by extrusion or injection molding is placed in a mold of a certain shape, and the tube is blown with compressed air to make it tightly fit on the wall of the mold cavity. After cooling and demoulding, a hollow product molding method is obtained. Hollow blow molding can be divided into four categories: extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, stretch blow molding and multilayer blow molding. Plastics for hollow blow molding include: PE, PVC, PP, PS, thermoplastic polyester, PA, acetate, and polyacetal resins. Among them, PE is used most widely. Hollow blow molding materials should have the following characteristics.
    1 Resistant to environmental stress cracking. As a container, when in contact with a surfactant solution, it should have the ability to prevent cracking under stress. Generally, the material with a larger molecular weight is selected.
    2 air tightness. This means that oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, water vapor, and the like are prevented from flowing into and out of the container. _
    3 impact resistance. In order to protect the contents of the container, at a certain temperature, the product should have impact resistance that falls from a height of one meter without breaking. In addition, there are chemical resistance, antistatic properties, toughness, and extrusion resistance.
