    Aluminium coils are anodized, rolled with a primer, high temperature paint, cooled, roll painted, high temperature baked, cooled, coiled to form a painted aluminum coil. Then sanding, leveling, brown brush cleaning, double-sided coating (or double-sided adhesive film), three-layer composite (plastic plate, under-laminated aluminum sheet), cut-to-length cutting, cold pressing Leveling, trimming, lengthening and sticking the protective film into aluminum-plastic composite boards. Aluminium plastic plates can be produced either continuously or intermittently. In continuous production, the coating of aluminum sheet, the composite of aluminum sheet and plastic core, and the extrusion of the core sheet are performed at the same time. Intermittent production is the first production of plastic sheeting, followed by adhesion of the coated aluminum sheet with a calender roll mill, or a layered composite.
The continuous production process of aluminum-plastic composite board is shown below: Resin-Extrusion-Plastic Board-Sanding-Brown Brush-Double Side Coating; Aluminum Roll-Oxidation-Primer Roll-Paint-Paint Roll-Paint Three-layer compound-drying-cooling flattening-protecting film-cutting length-finished product
    The performance of the aluminum-plastic composite board is in accordance with the ASTM MD 117-3359 standard. Aluminum-plastic composite board has just started in China and is in the development stage. With its unique performance, it meets the requirements of modern architecture and has broad market potential.
    Other extruded composite products: Non-plastic profiled composites and non-plastics (mainly metal) profiled composites made of different profiles, the main characteristics are large rigidity, good dimensional stability. By embedding the metal in the profile, this profile can be used as a structural material and can withstand loads for long periods without pillars; this profile also eliminates thermal expansion and contraction in the plastic.
